Collaborating with Karma International, the team provided production design, scenic development, fabrication coordination, installation, and art department support for the MAXIM Halloween Party; one of Los Angeles' premier celebrity Halloween events.

Each year transformed a new venue into a fully immersive environment blending themed entertainment, sponsor activations, live performances, and large-scale scenic experiences. Scope included concept development, custom fabrication, environmental design, vendor coordination, sponsor integration, installation, and on-site maintenance throughout the event.

Themes ranged from haunted luxury environments to large-scale sci-fi concepts, including the Alien Invasion experience, which converted industrial event spaces into a multi-room world featuring crash-site scenery, atmospheric effects, and interactive installations. Working under aggressive schedules and high-profile visibility, the team consistently delivered immersive environments that elevated the guest experience and supported sponsor and media activations.

The MAXIM Halloween Party attracted celebrities, influencers, brand partners, and national media, generating extensive press coverage and reinforcing its reputation as one of Los Angeles' most anticipated Halloween events.
